The thinking behind it
"I spent 30 years learning this craft. These tools are my way of giving that back."

Great design doesn't happen by accident. It comes from curiosity, practice, and an honest understanding of the fundamentals — and knowing exactly when to push past them.

After careers spanning package design, advertising, magazine layouts, annual reports, iconography, PGA tournament materials, and more — I've come to believe that the best thing an experienced designer can do is make that hard-won knowledge freely accessible to the next generation.

There's no catch. No signup. Just good design thinking, organized in a way that's actually useful. New rooms are added regularly. If there's a topic you'd like to see covered, get in touch.
